The Clean Energy Resource Teams (CERTs) is a partnership with a shared mission “to connect individuals and communities in Minnesota to the resources they need to identify and implement community-based clean energy projects.”

Our approach is to meet people exactly where they are no matter where they live and work in Minnesota or where they are along their clean energy journey.

We are focused on converting learning into doing with a pragmatic, cooperative and unbiased approach to help get people up to speed, connected and ready to act.

We also strive toward inclusive access, to create opportunities for engagement and participation in clean energy for everyone.
